How to tell us about a barrier on this site, and what the formal statement will say once the practice has signed it off.

Accessibility statement has not been published yet. Legal and accessibility wording is written and reviewed before it goes on the site, and we do not publish a draft of it in the meantime — an approximate accessibility statement would be worse than none.
What it will cover
- Which standard the site is measured against, at which level, and the date it was last assessed.
- What was tested — keyboard operation, screen readers, contrast in both light and dark, and behaviour at small screen sizes.
- Any part of the site that is known not to conform yet, named rather than glossed over.
- How to report a barrier, and how quickly the practice undertakes to respond.
- How to ask for information from this site in a different format.
- Who prepared the assessment and when it will next be reviewed.
What to do in the meantime
Ask the office. If you want to know what happens to information you send through this website, or you need something on this site in a different format, write to us and we will answer the specific question rather than point you at a document that is not finished.
