Privacy notice has not been published yet. Legal and accessibility wording is written and reviewed before it goes on the site, and we do not publish a draft of it in the meantime — an approximate privacy notice would be worse than none.
What it will cover
- What the forms on this site collect, and what they deliberately do not — no symptoms, diagnosis, medication, history or insurance identifiers.
- Who inside the organisation can read an enquiry, and how long it is kept before deletion.
- Which third parties are involved once a secure provider is connected — scheduling, intake, portal, payments — and what each one receives.
- How requested documents are stored, scanned and eventually deleted.
- What the site measures about visits, and whether any analytics is switched on.
- How to ask what is held about you, and how to ask for it to be corrected or removed.
