What this division does
Consulting Services works with organisations that deliver programmes to people. The engagement is organisational rather than clinical: the work is on the programme, its documentation and its quality system, not on individual cases.
The capabilities below are the work as it stands today. Each has its own page, and each will carry the division's own description of scope and deliverables once that copy is approved for publication.

How an engagement runs
Four stages, in order. No work starts before the scope is written down and agreed.

Scoping conversation
We learn what the programme is for, who it serves, and what constrains it — funding cycles, reporting duties, staffing, existing systems.

Written proposal
A scope you can put in front of a board: deliverables, sequence, who does what, and how we will know the work is finished.

Delivery
The work happens with your team rather than around it, so decisions stay with the people who have to live with them.

Handover
Documentation, templates and systems your staff can maintain without us. A handover that needs us afterwards has not been done.
